The Country Store is a thriving one-stop rural supply shop for farmers, lifestylers & small animal owners. We carry one of the largest ranges of stock in Golden Bay with a comprehensive inventory of farm and dairy equipment, dairy and agricultural chemicals, seeds, stock feeds, hardware, clothing, footwear and bulk household products. Competitive pricing, easy parking and knowledgeable staff make our store the place to visit for all of your farm needs. If we don't have it in stock we can order in pretty much anything you need to make your farm run smoothly.

The Country Store Garden Centre has wide range of gardening products, potting mixes, shrubs, fruit trees, seedlings and pots with friendly staff who can help you with any gardening questions you may have.

Our Story

We were originally set up as a Vet Club which was funded by local farmers to provide much needed Vetinerary assistance in Golden Bay rather than relying on expensive vets from Nelson. We have since expanded into animal feeds, milking equipment, animal care, agricultural chemicals, fertilisers, clothing and garden supplies. If you are new to the Bay come and have a look, you may be surprised at the range of items we stock!
